Lisa Marino
Chief Executive Officer
Lisa is one of the key drivers to RockYou's success, and demonstrated strong leadership in her various capacities at the company. Previously Chief Operating Officer, she was instrumental in guiding the company as it dedicated itself to the gaming sector. With her talent for administering change while encouraging continued revenue growth, RockYou is poised as a company of the future. In hiring executive talent and acquiring new gaming studios, she displayed a solid understanding of the rapid evolution of social entertainment. As Chief Revenue Officer she expanded the company's media business and in the process made RockYou one of the largest social media advertising networks. Since March, RockYou is ranked 4th amongst the largest social gaming companies on Facebook, with nearly 20 million monthly active users. Lisa received her Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania, and holds an MA in Latin American Studies from Stanford University, along with an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
Josh Grant
Chief Operating Officer
Josh brings a strong operational background in digital entertainment to his publishing role at RockYou. In various management roles, Josh launched more than 25 games and applications across a wide array of emerging entertainment platforms, including: Facebook, Valve’s Steam, Apple's iTunes, Google's Android, Amazon's Kindle, Verizon and AT&T. Josh served as SVP of Strategy and Corporate Development at RockYou before taking on his position as SVP and GM of Studio Partners. Josh has worked in the social gaming industry since its emergence and brings a solid understanding of the evolving games and entertainment markets. Formerly the VP of Content Strategy and Acquisition at Vivendi Games Mobile and later the Chief Operating Officer at Sonic Boom, he's spearheaded publishing, licensing and strategic planning management for both mobile and social media platforms. Prior to entering the interactive entertainment market as an operator, Josh worked in Venture Capital, at Rustic Canyon Ventures and Argo Global Capital. He began his career in media and technology Investment Banking at Merrill Lynch. Grant has a strong background across public financial markets, venture capital and gaming sectors, and has helped build a number of exciting and successful partnerships at RockYou. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from Claremont McKenna College.
Manu Gambhir
SVP and General Manager of Rewards Based Games
Manu Gambhir is SVP and General Manager of Rewards Based Games for RockYou where he is charged with developing and leading the execution of the corporate strategy for rewards-based gaming. Manu is a seasoned entrepreneur who co-founded Ryzing, a sweepstakes-based social gaming company allowing players to compete for real cash and prizes through its popular Bingo by Ryzing. Prior to Ryzing, Manu was managing director for Cantor Fitzgerald’s online gaming business in the United Kingdom, a role he assumed when Cantor bought his previous online gaming business, Kismet. Prior to Cantor’s acquisition, Kismet built and marketed Harrods Online Casino targeting the UK market and running on Kismet's proprietary gaming platform which was rated as best in its class by a leading global consulting firm.

Manu previously co-founded Intermedia Interactive Solution in Philadelphia which focused on multimedia education, reference and entertainment where he led the development of products such as Forbes Corporate Warrior, TV Guide Multimedia Crosswords, Reader's Digest Multimedia Crosswords, Lovejoy's College Counselor, Kaplan's Career Counselor and many others. Intermedia was sold in 1998. Manu is a passionate online gamer and serial entrepreneur who holds a BS in Entrepreneurial Management from the Wharton School and a BSE in Computer Science Engineering from University of Pennsylvania.
